Are you looking to do a fun activity with your new or existing team or a group of friends? Come to Mugi Pottery studio for a hands-on experience of making something unique and memorable out of clay. We will guide you through the process of making a real piece of pottery step by step. We will teach you how to roll out a slab of clay, apply texture and hand build a coffee mug. At the end of the class you will choose a glaze that will be applied on your creation once it is ready to be fired in the kiln. Pieces will be ready for pick up in about 3-4 weeks after the event. The project theme can be discussed with the teacher prior to the event .
As your group will have the studio just for themselves for the two hours long class, you can customize the projects between hand building and trying your hands on the pottery wheel for the thrill of it.
Since any work made on the pottery wheel requires more than one session to finish the pieces, none of the wheel work will be completed in this class. We make lots of pottery to take home in our Adult Classes. If you are ready to sign up for a full class series, we welcome you to join.

Event fee is $85.00 per person with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 16 Adults. Invoice will be sent at time of booking and is due 1 week prior to event. $100.00 non-refundable deposit is included to confirm your reservation.
Please note that no food is allowed in the studio, and beverages are BYOB. Please ask us for local restaurants and eatery recommendations. Tipping our instructors is appreciated.
